All MUZEN products come with a 12-month warranty period. If you experience any issues within this time frame, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. The following are the available options based on the type of issue:

1. If your product has minor issues such as missing parts that do not affect its functionality, you may request a partial refund.

2. If there areΒ functional issuesΒ with your product such asΒ charging problemsΒ orΒ Bluetooth connectivity issues, you may request a product replacement.

Out-of-WarrantyΒ Service

If your product requiresΒ warrantyΒ serviceΒ after the 12-month warranty period has expired, we are unable to provide a direct replacement. Instead, we can offer a 50% discount code for you to purchase a new MUZENΒ product. Please contact usΒ for more information on how to obtain theΒ discount codeΒ and to discuss your options.
