MUZEN offers free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

We currently offer shipping within the United States via USPS, FedEx, and Amazon.
For orders outside of the US, if there is a duty, it will be borne by the buyer.
When entering the country, we declare the price truthfully.

International orders from the U.S.:

Our carriers typically make three delivery attempts before returning an undeliverable package to MUZEN. If this occurs, please contact us at info@muzenaudio.com to arrange for the box to be re-shipped.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so please get in touch with our customer service at info@muzenaudio.com to cancel an order before 2 PM (PST) on the same day it was placed. When requesting a cancellation, please include your order number.

International shipping is free on orders £150/€175/$200 or above, otherwise £15/€18/$20.
