Returns information

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt for any reason. Returns for defective items or items that do not match the description are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges.

For returns due to a change of mind by the customer, we refund the purchase price but do not refund the original shipping charges paid. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost to send the item back to us.

 (e.g. if customer paid $80 for goods + $15 for shipping, the refund upon return will only be $80)

Absolutely. Our stores teams will be happy to process a refund or an exchange for you.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Discounted items (if applicable)
• Shipping fee

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved,
the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Typically, the refund will take 3-5 working days to show up on your bank statement.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approveal
