Muzen Audio Inc (Hereafter referred to as “MUZEN”) warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for the time periods and as set forth below. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Muzen will, at its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications.
Term: For a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase of the product (except for enclosures), Muzen will, at its option, repair or replace with new or refurbished product or parts, any product or parts determined to be defective.
Replacement: If we send the replacement, the warranty period of replacement starts from the date of purchase of the original order, not the date of receipt of the replacement.
This Limited Warranty covers all parts defective in material and workmanship. Defects that have resulted from accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your Instruction Manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Muzen, are not covered.
Instructions: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the Muzen. A dated purchase receipt is required. For specific instructions on how to obtain warranty service for your product
